Observation:
- Observed two holes in the brick wall covered with wire mesh in the locker area. The openings in the wire mesh are too big and could allow rodent passage.
Corrective Action(s):
- Block/seal the holes in the wall completely OR cover the holes with finer mesh (the mesh openings should not be bigger than size of a pencil).

Comments

- Clean up has been done.
- Ice build up has been removed inside the small freezer.
- Display freezer doors have been wiped clean.
- QUAT sanitizer bottles available inside the processing room and at the processing area inside the store front. Ensure to measure the strength of the sanitizer to be at 200ppm by verifying with testing strip - remember very small amount of the concentrate is required to reach 200ppm.

*Old rodent droppings are still observed in the dry storage room (on wooden pallets) and underneath the lockers in the locker area. Ensure to pull out all boxes/items off the pallets to remove the droppings.
*Door leading to outside (inside the processing room) has been repaired as per the action item indicated in the pest control report - install sweepers at the bottom of the door to provide full coverage.
