-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Foods were cooked to greater than 74C.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection,
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was properly labelled a tested at 200ppm.
-Meat grinder was properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
