- Walk-in cooler temperature at 4 degree C

- High temperature dishwasher final rinse at plate surface temperature at 72.9 degree C
- QUATs sanitizer from dispenser tested 200 ppm
- General sanitation is great, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
