Follow up inspection conducted: -floor tiles in kitchen have been replaced, some floor tiles in the dish pit area still need to be filled in/replaced -Operator had left message with staff on site regarding the 2 compartment sink: operator will be getting assessment on the current 2 compartment sink situation as previously mentioned on routine inspection. As well, having a dedicated handwashing sink that is accessible at all times (without having staff constantly touch the faucet and re-contaminating their hands each time) is critical to proper hand hygiene.
