Routine inspection:

Hand sinks in area leading to production floor provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Production area also provided with hand sinks. Employees required to wear clean sanitized boots, lab coats, and hair/beard nets.
Washdown areas available for cleaning utensils. Rack and pan washer also available for use. Sanitizers and soaps available from wall mounted dispensing system.
Dessert cakes and bars are produced by mixing ingredient, baking, cooling, freezing, cutting packaging, metal detecting then storing in the walk in freezer.
Warehouse cooler, also accessible from production floor for storage of cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 4 degrees C.
Warehouse freezer for finished product at -18 degrees C.
Pest control services in place.
