Observation: - Rodent droppings were noted in the kitchen area in the corners and along the walls.
- Droppings also observed in the dry storage rooms.
- Fruit flies observed in the front serving area.
Corrective Action(s): - Please contact your pest control company and discuss the issue to implement appropriate control measures.
- Remove all the droppings and disinfect the areas with 1 part bleach to 9 part water solution. Wear proper PPE during cleaning.
- Conduct regular cleaning and monitor for any new pest activity.
- Maintain your facility in a sanitary condition and remove any build up/food build up that could attract pests into the facility.

Observation: Following potential rodent entry points were noted:
- Back door was not properly closed.
- Holes/gaps under the dishwashing sink area.
Corrective Action(s): - Please keep the back door closed. A screen door can be installed.
- Seal any holes/gaps that could allow rodent entry into the facility.

307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following food products were either covered or stored in the garbage bag:
- A tray of besan
- Green chillies
- Vadi
Staff discarded the above noted food products during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Garbage bags are not made of acceptable food grade material and can leach chemicals into the food causing potential food contamination. Do not use garbage bags for storing food. Food containers made of food grade material is acceptable.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted. Facility was not in operation at the time of inspection.

Temperature (coolers to be maintained at 4C or less, freezers at -18C or less, hot holding at 60C or above):
- Walk in cooler recorded at 2C
- Cooler in the back at 4C
- No hot holding at the time of inspection.

Storage:
- All food products were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All food products were found either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- Storage area was well-organized.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- Hand wash station was adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- Sanitizer spray bottle available and the concentration of bleach noted at 200ppm.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 74C on dish surface during rinse cycle. Satisfactory.
- Another large sink available to conduct manual warewashing of large pots and utensils.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Operator has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate (June 13, 2027).
