Note: as discussed, your Diversy disinfectant cleaner (purple) is not food grade. It can however be used on the multipurpose tables in the main room due to heavy use. Please be advised this product will likely leave a chemical residue that should not be contaminating food surfaces. If tables are to be used as food contact surfaces, rinse using potable water after using the purple label disinfectant.
Dishwasher getting repaired at time of inspection - hot water for building turned back up to baseline temperature, and sensor getting replaced.
Rinse temperature reached 77C internally after repair completed.
Temperature logs to be updated to include daily sanitize rinse temp on dishwasher
**Wait until the wash cycle has finished, then read the highest temperature during the "rinse" cycle. This number must be above 82C as per the manufacturer's instructions.
Pink quat dispenser at sink no longer in use. 100ppm chlorine used instead. Please remove this dispenser from the kitchen if it is not working properly.
