- General sanitation - satisfactory. - Handwash stations in kitchen supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towel in wall-mounted dispensers. - Cooler at 0.2C. - Freezer at - 19.6C. - Food storage well organized. - High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse at the dish level. - Surface sanitizer is available in labelled spray bottle and it is at 100ppm (Bleach). - No evidence of pest activity is noted during inspection.
