Overall sanitation satisfactory Handwashing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel. Hot and cold running water available at all sinks. Bleach sanitizer available and in use; detected 200ppm of residual chlorine. All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower Two-Compartment sink used for manual ware-washing, bleach used for sanitation. Upstairs area available for cooking chicken in a self-contained oven when inquired operator plans to cook chicken only per order. Hot holding unit used to hold cooked chicken until picked-up by customer. Three compartment sink available up stairs for manual ware washing. No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection.
