Routine inspection. This is a Food Store only. Food processing or food preparation is not allowed at this premises. If you are re-packaging foods such as nuts, the two compartment sink must be accessible and liquid soap and paper towels are to be provided at that sink location for hand washing. Today, hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels are available at the staff washroom hand washing sink. ***Keep the frozen talapia in the original labelled packaging. Keep receipts for fish. All other food is pre-packaged and labelled identifying source of food (no home-prepared foods). Cooler is at <4 C - good. Freezers - good. There is a food recall of Feeding Change brand Young Thai Coconut Meat. This product is not sold in this food store (other brands of shredded coconut are not part of the recall). No tobacco sales.
