Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B6WTPX.

Potentially hazardous foods (sprouts, raw eggs) stored under temperature control in cold holding units.
Raw animal foods and potentially ready-to-eat foods (e.g. sprouts) properly organized.
Scoops are in sanitary condition and stored with handles located outside of food product.
Utensils (e.g. potato peelers) observed to be stored in sanitary condition.
Vegetable produce observed to be in good condition. No signs of mould observed.
Potatoes and other foods are stored away from chemical and pesticide storage areas.
Damaged metal strainer noted on previous report was not observed on site. A new metal strainer in good working condition was observed in dry storage where previous metal strainer was located.
No double stacking observed in preparation cooler. Inserts are covered with individual lids.
A new, functional paper towel dispenser supplied with paper towel is in place at the back hand washing station.
FOODSAFE requirements discussed with operator on site at time of inspection. Once FOODSAFE (or equivalent) course has been successfully completed, ensure that copy of certificate is forwarded to the district Environmental Health Officer. Keep copies of staff certificates on site.
