Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured >200 ppm chlorine, resulted in bleaching out the test papers. 100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer prepared at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a container of frozen cooked meat thawing in the ambient temperature setting. The meat was fully frozen at this time. The operator relocated the meat to a cooler.

Observation: Low temperature dishwasher not operating properly. Issue appears to be with draining mechanism as soiled water from wash cycle is recirculating during the rest of cycles.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Service the dishwasher. Correct this by: December 1.
2. Use 3 compartment sinks for manual warewashing. The facility fully equipped for manual washing.
3. Use take out single use containers to limit the number of warewashing until the dishwasher is serviced.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
Small amount of cooked chicken stored in an insulated container. Temperature measured at 60C at this time.
Observed reheating of soup to >74C at this time.
Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 is valid until July 31, 2023.
Health permit posted and current.

Unannounced follow up inspection to be conducted within 1 week.
