Follow up inspection conducted.
There were two managers on site. One of the managers was able to produce their FoodSafe equivalent certificate. The certificate is from ServSafe Food Handler- Canada Online Food Safety Training Program. The date of issue of the certificate is October 28, 2017. As described on the FoodSafe courses equivalency list, ServSafe Food Handler certificates issued AFTER May 10, 2017 are acceptable.

The other manager indicated that they have taken the training course as well but is not able to produce the certificate. Until the other manager is able to produce his certificate, the kitchen can only be operated when the FoodSafe certified staff member is on site. If at any time the kitchen is operating with any certified FoodSafe staff, further enforcement action will be taken.
