Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One shelf had a few old mouse droppings on it where two pieces of food contact equipment were stored.
Corrective Action(s): Two pieces of equipment in question were removed during inspection and recleaned and sanitized. Ensure that especially low solid shelves (as opposed to wire shelves) are checked and cleaned regularly.

Observation: Two hand washing stations found with the wall mounted soap dispensers broken. There were spray bottles with hand soap located at each of the hand washing stations however these are not as easy for staff to use.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the wall mounted soap dispensers with functional ones to make it easier for staff to access soap for hand washing.

√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Hydrogen peroxide based disinfectant used for sanitizing food contact surfaces
√ High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at ≥71°C
√ Three compartment sink stocked
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is very good
√ No signs of pests observed during inspection
√ Thermometers present
√ Temperature logs maintained and no issues with equipment have been noted
