- Cleaning is in progress , kitchen chef reported that the operator scheduled a power wash with cleaning company for hard to reach area and cooking equipment. - Some area is already cleaned ( walk in cooler, floor in main kitchen, under some of shelving) The rest of noted issues in inspection report dated Dec 6-2021 are to be fully addressed.
