Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sinks in kitchen area, service area, and washrooms not fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels at the time of inspection. Handwashing sinks must be fully equipped during operational hours to encourage proper and frequent handwashing. Operator to ensure adequate supply of single-use paper towels on site.

Observation: 1. Mildew and build-up noted in ice machine at service area. Build-up noted on ice scoop handle. 2. Debris and dust noted along left wall underneath bottled drinks in storage room.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator to ensure ice in ice machine is removed. Unit is to be cleaned and sanitized with a dilute bleach solution at 100ppm. First batch of ice must be discarded. 2. Noted area in storage room is to be cleaned and sanitized with a dilute bleach solution at 100ppm. Items must be stored at least 15 cm off the floors to encourage cleaning.
