Observation: Cutting board on the pizza prep cooler as a built-up of debris accumulation. Dough roller has built-up of debris and grease accumulation.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the cutting board on the pizza prep cooler and dough roller to remove accumulation of debris. Corrected by: May 21, 2021

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Accumulation of food debris observed on the dough roller, inside the plastic guard.
Corrective action: Clean and sanitize the aforementioned area. Ensure food equipment is cleaned and sanitized throughout after use.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C36MFR.
All the following non-critical infractions from report#JCHY-C36MFR have been corrected.
-Pizza prep cooler was serviced. No pooling of water inside the cooling unit was observed.
-Walk-in cooler door handle has been repaired.
-Accurate thermometers have been placed in all cooling units.
-Staff on-site has valid Foodsafe certification.
-COVID-19 Safety Plan developed and onsite. Occupancy limit signs are posted. Disinfection schedule in place and documented. Health screening is done daily for staff and documented.

NOTE: Prep cooler next to the stand-up freezer is out of service until it is serviced to hold 4C or lower. Staff working alone must have Foodsafe certification. Enroll all staff working alone in Foodsafe course and email the district EHO of their Foodsafe certification.
