-Discussed cleaning the storage room next door. The operator agreed to remove unused equipment in that room by January, 2019. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Bleach available. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
