Reach in cooler measured at 3 degrees C. Milk shake freezer measured at -18 degrees C. Walk in drink cooler measured at 4 degrees C. 2 door freezer measured at -18 degrees C. Ice cream freezer measured at -18 degrees C. QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. Washroom is in sanitary condition. Dry storage is adequate - everything stored >15cm off the floor. No sign of recent pest activity at the time of inspection. 2 compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing.
