Routine inspection conducted today:
All refrigeration units were noted at 4C or less.
All freezer units were noted at -18C or less
Organization and sanitation has greatly improved.
Did not observe any pest activities during the inspection.
Noted a few raw meat products (pork belly, organs and pork blood) for sale with no labels. Operator was able to provide the invoice (from Chong Lee Market on 6399 Victoria Dr., Vancouver) for these products during the inspection. Please ensure all products for sale complies with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency labeling requirement.
