Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to routine #NSAO-CJVRRL was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DoLSoP). Areas of non-compliance identified at the last routine inspection were reviewed today.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the follow-up inspection there were 12 children, 4 staff and the Manager present. All contraventions have been addressed, although 11010 needs further action. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified.

11010-Manager has addressed outdoor space. One area still needs to be addressed and has been discussed with the Manager. Manager will provide evidence once this has been addressed.

The following was discussed:
-Licensing Duty line: #604-587-3936 for emergences if area Licensing Officer can't be contacted.
-Regular review of BCCDC website for COVID-19 updates (see link below)

The contents of this inspection report were reviewed with the Manager prior to the inspection report being written off-site, therefore no signature attached. Manager was made aware. A copy of the report was provided by hand delivery.
