Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CTWU24: - The low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration. - The Operating Permit is posted in a conspicuous area with a valid decal. - Mouse droppings have been cleaned. - The latest pest control summary report (dated August 2023) reviewed at the time of the inspection. A third party pest control company has been hired to monthly pest control inspection. Continue with monthly pest control inspections and keep all pest control summary reports on site for review by the health inspector. - Liquid hand soap installed in the back handwashing station. - No further actions required.
