Routine inspection conducted. - Temperature of all the coolers including reach-in coolers were maintained at least 4C or less. - Temperature of freezer at - 16C. - Potentially hazardous food stored in hot holding units at 60C or above. - 3 compartment sink used for warewashing. 200ppm QUATS sanitizer is supplied by automatic dispenser. - 200ppm QUATS sanitizer spray bottle available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. - Handwash station had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Mop sink has backflow preventer installed. - Self serve area with slurpee machine was found in sanitary condition. - Operating permit posted. - Manager has FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent. - No signs of pest activity observed during inspection. - Temperature logs are maintained online. General sanitation of the facility is satisfactory.
