Follow up inspection:
A container of chlorine sanitizer for the dishwasher was available. Additional sanitizer was on order as well according to the Manager.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine residual was at least 50 ppm at the plate.
No hot-holding was occurring.
Food will be cooked and served to order according to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Temperature records were being maintained.
Dishwasher log was being maintained. *Ensure the restaurant always has enough sanitizer supply at all times.
