Observation: Significant number of mouse droppings observed under the ovens (incuding one dead mouse) and under/behind each of the drawers at the bottom of the counter display cases (incliuding a nest in movable display case behind drawer). Pest control currently coming in weekly.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas with droppings and notify pest control company of nest location. Due: Oct 21, 2022

Observation: Hose for main mixer spilling water at the air gap connection leaving water pooling on the floor.

√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm
√ Three compartment sink stocked
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is very good despite presents of pests
√ Thermometers present
√ Staff with FoodSafe (or equivalent) present. **Keep copies of FoodSafe Certificates on site to show compliance with FoodSafe requirement.
√ No concerns with staff hygiene or food handling noted during inspection
