This is on-going pest issue. - Mouse droppings observed on the floor underneath counter holding the ice shaving machine Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to check the trap everyday. If there is any capture, discard the trap and replace with a new one. Trap was discarded at the time of inspection. - Remove the mouse droppings. Wipe with bleach sanitizer. - Spray treatment recommended to the operator for stronger control measure for cockroach. Ensure to have all food items contained/ protected during the treatment. A deep cleaning should be conducted after the treatment before opening. Operator in agreement. Date to be corrected by: 1 month. Handsink is fully equipped. All coolers at 4C or below. Freezers at -11C to - 22C. 2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Drain plug and bleach available. Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle & in a bucket - measured at 100ppm. Ice machine in sanitary condition. Ice shaving machine in sanitary condition. Operator with Foodsafe level 1 present. *Replace the light bulbs in the back kitchen ceiling. This area is too dark.
