Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mechanical commercial washer not working. Has been inoperative for about a week and due for replacement as per operator. Operator has been Manual Washing ware at the 3-compartment sink in the meantime.
Corrective Action(s): Restaurant to not use reusable plateware, dishes and cups until the washer has been replaced. Use only disposables for customers in the interim.
