Follow-up to initial inspection report #246712. -Cold water tap in bar sink and secondary kitchen hand sink has been adjusted. -Mop sink has been installed in the kitchen area underneath the warewashing sinks. -Prep cooler in corner of kitchen has reached 4C. -Hot-holding unit at >60C. -Area in bar area has been cleaned (NOTE: No food/beverage service occurs in bar area). *HEALTH APPROVAL GRANTED TO OPERATE* Please note that this approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other agency.
