- Walk-in cooler, pizza prep cooler and drinks cooler- all are measured at temperature less than 4C
- Thermometers are available and adequate temperature logs are maintained
- Hot holding unit is measured at 60 C or greater
- Walk-in freezer and undercounter freezer are functional, measured at -22C and -9C respectively
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 75 C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution available at 200ppm quats concentration
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory.
