- All freezers at less than -18C
- Sanitizer solution available at 100ppm chlorine
- Dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at the dish surface during the final rinse cycle.
- Hot cold units in the front cafe area measured at greater than 60C
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- General Sanitation is well maintained and all food is stored properly and protected from contamination.
