Observation: 1. Observed spilled dry goods (e.g, lentils) in the back storage shelves.
2. Build up of dirt and other debris noted behind a shelf next to a chest freezer.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm chlorine as per test strips.
Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
Routine pest control service in place. Observed number of dead roaches. Continue to work with your pest control service with current service frequency.

Note:
General improvement was noted with their operation at this time. Many of items on the hall way has been cleared out.
