Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sink with liquid soap and paper towels available. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary hand washing. Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink. Food protected from contamination. Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs. Take out containers and utensils are sanitary. 3-compartment sink in use. QUAT sanitizer in use at 200 ppm. Sanitizer in use in buckets at 200 ppm QUAT. Water spray bottles used for food prep are labelled - good. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Short knives stored on wall are for box opening only and not used for food. Holding units: Front display and service coolers units at 4C or below. One pop cooler with nonpotenially hazardous foods only at 5C, Beatrice shelf stable chocolate milk. Hot holding units at 60C to 74C, chicken noodle soup and meat balls. Walk in cooler at 3.8C, walk in freezer at -22.5C. Recommendation: More shelving for dry storage of boxes and inventory will help with organization.
