Observation: Licensing reviewed 5 children's records and noted 1 did not contain the date of enrolment at the facility
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure children's records contain all required information, including the date of enrolment.

Observation: Licensing observed that the children had not been signed in for today.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure a system is created to accurately reflect children in attendance to include times of arrival and departure and whether a child is absent or present
