Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CE3TV2:

- Cooked sliced meats stored at > 60C in warmers.
- All handwashing stations made easily accessible, supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels. Do not store any cooking equipment inside handwashing sinks. Ensure that the handwashing sink at the servery (front) is used only for handwashing.
- Daily temperature log available for coolers/freezers/ hot holding units.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Water leak has been fixed. Temporary tape covering the patch.
- Construction equipment not needed for food preparation no longer being used in the kitchen.
- Working thermometer inside walk in cooler.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.
- Pest control report for May 2022 provided. Manager onsite stated that pest control inspection is done on a monthly basis. Keep copies of all pest control reports onsite for next routine inspection.
