Observation: Condenser panel of ice machine has accumulation of biofilm growth. This can contaminate the ice, which is used as a food ingredient.
Corrective Action(s): Empty ice bin. Clean and sanitize all parts of the ice machine more frequently to prevent growth of biofilm.

Observation: Single use cups are being used and reused as scoops for dry ingredients.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue this practice, as single use items cannot be properly washed and sanitized. Use proper scoops for all ingredients and store all scoops such that handles do not come into contact with the ingredient.

*Do not store items in the designated hand sink. This sink must be available for hand washing only at all times.
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from main dispener, in spray bottle, and in sanitizing compartment of three-compartment sink
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- Freezer temperatures were satisfactory
- Yogurt held on ice was below 4C
- Food storage practices satisfactory, all food kept off the floor and covered
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
