Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C5STRP.
The following previous infractions in report#JCHY-C5STRP are inspected to ensure compliance.
-Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine.
-No food (e.g.: boxes of cabbage) observed to be stored on the floor. All food are stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
-All frozen salmon observed to be thawed in a cooling unit that is able to hold an air ambient temperature of at least 4C or lower. Stand-up cooler and display cooler measured at 4C or lower.

-Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Chlorine spray bottles at the front and back of house measured at 100ppm.
-Operator on-site has Foodsafe level 1 certificate and is able to present certification at the time of inspection.
