Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The handsink was blocked with a food grater.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the food grater. Use the 2 compartment sink for food prep including washing and cutting. The handsink is for handwashing only. Do not leave any utensils in the handsink.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted the staff washing hands at the mop sink.
Corrective Action(s): Do not wash hands at the mop sink. The mop sink is for draining grey water and washing mops only. Use the handsink for washing hands.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure thawing of frozen food in a cooler @ 4oC or less. The meat skewers were moved to a cooler during inspection.
