-All hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-Walk-in cooler at 2.7C
-Prep cooler at 3.8C
-Hot holding units > or = 60C
-Three compartment sink in use for manual dishwashing. 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in the 3rd compartment.
-200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in buckets with wiping cloths
-Gloves are in use and changed between performing different tasks
-Food storage is organized. Raw and ready-to-eat foods were stored separately.
-Drinks dispenser area is clean
-Equipment is in good working condition
-Chemicals are stored away from food prep and storage areas

-No signs of pests observed during inspection
-Reminder to staff members who were certified in FOODSAFE level 1 prior to July 29, 2013. Certification will expire on July 29, 2018. Please ensure you are recertified before that date.
