General comments:
-Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, single-use paper towel
-Walk-in cooler is at 1.0C
-Fish/Meat display cooler is at 2.0C
-QUATS at the two-comp sink dispenses 200ppm QUATS\
-All QUATS spray bottles dispense 200ppm QUATS
-General sanitation is good.
-No signs of pest activity at time of inspection
-All equipment is clean.
*Note: A bottle of polish nail removal liquid was found under one of the fish/meat display cooler at the time of inspection. Operator stated that the nail removal liquid is used for removing water-resistant marks on the price tag. The liquid immediately discarded on site. Operator informed of not to keep other personal items on the premise.
