Observation: Raw frozen chicken found stored in the large double door cooler in the back above ready to eat food such as sprouts and lettuce. Also found beef in under counter cooler across from the grill stored on top shelf above ready to eat fish. Note, in both cases the meat was in a deep insert.
Corrective Action(s): Store all raw meat below all other foods, regardless of how the meat is stored.

Note: Ensure that the inserts in the line cooler are stored directly in the insert rack and not doubled up/stacked. The stacked inserts are not exposed directly to the cold circulated air below and they will likely not maintain 4C or less.
