Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] Fish filets were being thawed at room temperature during inspection. Filets were placed in the cooler at below 4C to continue thawing in a safe manner
Corrective Action(s): Raw frozen potentially hazardous foods must not be thawed at room temperature. Ensure to thaw these items at below 4C environments or under cool running water in protected packaging
