Please contact Fraser Health drinking water officer to sample water before production starts. General comments: - Hand washing stations maintained. Water sampling/testing is to be conducted to ensure the potable water is safe to use. - Freezer measured at or below -18C. Some household food noted in two freezer. Operator is to separate household food from operation. - 2-Comp sinks maintained equipped with liquid soap dispenser and paper towels. - Sanitizer available in prep room. - No sign of pest activity at this date.
