-Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels -Temperature logs are now kept for all the coolers, measured with probe thermometer. **Please get thermometers for the coolers -Spray bottles of chemicals are now all properly labelled -Food observed to be stored in containers that are covered -Food has all been lifted from the floor and stored on shelves -Bags of dry ingredients kept shut and scoops no longer stored inside -Back door will remain closed until spring when the screen is fixed -Cleaning has been done, please continue to thoroughly clean the kitchen -Walk in cooler fans are now clean and the floor is now clean ***Chest freezer and stand up cooler still need to be fixed.
