Comments

- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Main handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Staff able to demonstrate proper three compartment warewashing method.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm chorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. One chest freezer inside the basement storage unit.
- No signs of pest activity. A professional pest control system is done through the mall. Recommend at least one live mouse tincat traps as part of your integrated pest management system.
- Operating Permit with a valid decal posted.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.
