All coolers are operating at below 4C ( back coolers, prep cooler ): prep cooler 3C/ upright cooler 2C/3C They are all supplied with accurate thermometers However, daily temperature logs are not up to date/ please ensure that daily logs are up to date and available during inspection ( sec. 24 ) Bleach used as approved sanitizer/ measured in the spray bottle at 100ppm ( Pl. ensure to change bleach in the spray bottle every day ) No other food items proposed or added to the menu.
