Observation: Ice machine by the bar and meat slicer are not maintained in sanitary condition. Meat slicer has encrusted debris that needs to be cleaned and sanitize. The ice machine has some debris buildup that needs to be cleaned and sanitized.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the ice machine bin and meat slicer. 100 ppm is needed to sanitize. Date to be corrected: today

-2 bleach buckets are now maintained at 100-200 ppm
-Meat slicer and ice machine have been cleaned and sanitized
-Cold potentially hazardous foods are not stored out at room temperature
-Reminder to ensure food products are stored in pest proof containers and stored 6 inches off the ground. This will facilitate pest control measures. Ensure pest control records are kept on site.
