Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11020 - CCLR s.13(2) - A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation: Licensing observed the entry door to preK 1 room and a wooden chair has areas where the paint is in need of repair. This contravention was noted on the routine inspection report.
Corrective Action(s): The Manager is in the process of obtaining a quote to address this issue.
