Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # RBYS-CSCR4U of May-31-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Observed one of the front hand washing sinks without cold water and jug inside basin. Correction: Ensure that hand washing sinks are adequately with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap and readily available for use of hand washing. Jug removed during inspection.
