All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder. Dishwasher final rinse reached 79 degrees Celsius at the plate surface. Quat sanitizer measured 200 PPM residual. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Ensure that all donated foods served in kitchen are from an approved source.
