-Follow-up inspection to April 19, 2024. -Cooler unit was serviced and was tested at 3C. Refrigeration gas was added. Continue to monitor cooler and contact a service technician as needed. -Quats sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200ppm. -Sink was serviced and was no longer leaking. Ensure all equipment is in good working order. -Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required.
